People often ask us why we don’t have prices on our website. This is because unlike many old school accountants we don’t charge you by the minute. We put together a plan that fits with you with ongoing support, and charge a monthly fee for that.
Many of our customers like this because it’s nice and predictable. They know what we’re doing for them and what they’re going to pay for it. There’s no big unexpected bill at the end of the financial year.
We’re extremely aware of why people want to manage their expenses and need to know what a service might cost before they take the plunge (we are accountants after all). But the reason that we don’t have set prices is because it's hard to ensure that you would be getting the right support for your business. If you’re going to pay someone to support you in your business, then that support needs to understand you and your business. If a package includes X but you need Y, why pay for X and not get Y? We know your business is your why, so you need to get your Y. We like to sit down with business owners and take a good look at what’s going on and what’s actually needed before signing them up. This isn’t us trying to get you to pay us more money, it’s far deeper than that. At RightWay we fundamentally believe that running a business is damn hard, and we need to be there to support business owners to do that. Getting everyone to sign up to the same package would be missing the point.
We know priced packages seems easier on the surface but we’re not about JUST doing accounting, we’re about helping people do what they do best and create success from it. We won’t always be the cheapest, but that’s because we think every business is unique. We’ll work with you to build a lasting partnership based on honesty and trust, so you can grow, plan, and design your business for better.
