Reporting to our Regional Accounting Manager, you will have strong accounting and/or commercial experience, and may already have strong local networks, or you may have an innate ability to build and grow new relationships. Either way, you are excited at the prospect of identifying opportunities to add value to a customer’s business through the provision of great advice, and driving strong customer engagement and retention through your thorough understanding of customer needs and the development of solutions.
If you enjoy mentoring others and sharing your knowledge, that’s great also, because your peers will enjoy learning from your experiences and stretching their own comfort levels as they develop in their own roles.
A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting is preferred however this is not essential, as you may have amassed some sound transferrable experience. What’s really important to us is your outstanding relationship and customer management skills. Possibly you’ve been working in a CA environment as a Senior Accountant, or in a commercial role, but feel you’ve reached your professional ceiling. If so, we’d be keen to talk!
