What have you been able to achieve with RightWay, that you feel you couldn't have otherwise?

The ability to grow our business and have accountability around our strategies every few months. It really helps to check in and touch base, to see whether you have been hitting your goals, and also to have some good feedback along the way to make sure you're staying on the right pathway. 

What's the best piece of advice you received and how did it help you?
Making sure that we are able to track profitability and check-in on goals. Making sure that we end up with a good slice at the end of the day. 

Do you still use the same services you originally joined for?

Yes we do, but we also have new needs as we have been growing. So it really is that advice and strategic planning, and making sure that we're hitting what we have planned for.

What has exceeded your expectations?

The checking in on how we're getting on with our lives. When you run a business it takes up all of the time that you're willing to give to it. On top of that the understanding of why we are in business, helping to underpin the decisions that we make. 

If you were to describe your experience with RightWay, what would you say?

I've always found RightWay friendly, approachable, and professional. They're always available when we need them. 

Why would you recommend RightWay to someone who might be on the fence?

Just the fact that you have professional advisors always available - I think that's really important in business, as it can be very isolating. On top of that just having a sounding board for big decisions, and making sure that you're staying on the right track. 

What does working with RightWay mean to you?

Knowing that I have got a network of professionals on-hand whenever I need them. That makes me feel a lot more confident in business.
