I love helping business owners create a plan that brings them success on their terms. Let’s talk about how I can help you achieve whatever success means to you.

Business strategy, Maori business, agribusiness
I spend a lot of time with my customers in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, especially those in the Agribusiness, Tourism, and Māori sectors. This means advising on how best to improve their businesses and their lives. I really enjoy helping my customers plan for the future, creating budgets and forecasts, and structuring their business around what they want to achieve. In a day to day sense, this could include doing annual accounts, tax planning, producing management reports, and researching useful information.
I love the people – both the customers and my workmates at RightWay.
The opportunity to really help people in their businesses and not just be a compliance bean counter.
Working with a customer in a lot of debt during the dairy downturn. We put processes and procedures in place so that they could meet the bank’s reporting requirements and developed a plan for getting out of their existing debt. A lot of it was being an ear to listen.
Travel. Possibly a weekend away on an island or a road trip around the East Cape.
Jacinda Ardern, Nelson Mandela, Emma Watson, Michael Moore (the American filmmaker, though I'm sure Kiwi Mike Moore would be good crack as well), everyone from Spinoff, Dame Anne Salmond, Dame Whina Cooper, and Scotty and Stacey Morrison. Mainly because I think it would be awesome chat! We’d ask ‘How do we make the world a better place?’ and ‘How the heck have we got to where we are now?’ On the table, good wine and some basic, tasty tucker. We'd be too busy solving the problems of the world to be bothered with fancy kai.
Warm, safe, something good to read, something tasty to eat, good people and good times.
Have a plan!
