For more than eight years, Desley has been part of the RightWay Whānau, leading the charge as our Marketing Manager. She’s the creative spark behind how we show up in the world - building our brand, driving social and digital campaigns, and leading initiatives that connect us with businesses across Aotearoa, New Zealand.

With a career spanning marketing, communications, and people leadership, Desley blends strategic thinking with a big dose of creativity. From shaping our digital presence and growing our brand story, to designing campaigns that deliver results, she’s passionate about making RightWay stand out.

She’s also known for her high energy and sense of fun, making sure the RW experience is as vibrant as our brand!
