In the past I have worked as a CEO, CFO and a Country Sales & Marketing Manager in various sectors which include, FMCG, Manufacturing, ICT, Media Broadcast and community NFPs. In addition, I’ve also owned a couple of small businesses myself, so I am very familiar with the challenges small business owners face.
I like to harness all my prior experience for the benefit and success of my clients. I find that no matter the size of the business, the biggest challenges faced tends to come down to one or three and in rare cases all the following:
- Sales / Revenue Generation
- Talent / HR
- Financial Management
- Operational Deficiencies
The strategic planning process is where I get clients to pressure test all facets of the business. This will highlight and separate the critical areas of focus from the non-essential elements where business owners sometimes dwell. Designing the action plan, implementation, evaluation and a feedback loop is where the rubber meets the road.
I am very competitive when it comes to business and I always play to win. For me winning is defined by client goals and once that is set; I become relentless in the pursuit of success.

In my down time, I hang out with my family. I’m quite addicted to Netflix and a massive Game of Thrones fan, but then who isn’t? I played a lot of contact sport in my youth and I’m sure my body is getting its revenge with the aches and pains I experience on regular basis. I don’t follow sport religiously anymore and exchanged the time by reading as many books as I can.
