Olivia is your go-to Chief Financial Officer and Chartered Accountant rolled into one. She is passionate about empowering business owners to understand more about their numbers, so they can make informed decisions to drive their business forward.

For over 14 years Olivia has worked within both public practice accounting, and large scale corporate roles. Her diverse skill-set means she is well placed to work with business owners who want a commercial thinking accountant, while still making sure the nuts and bolts of accounting and tax are sorted.

Olivia has developed the reputation through her time at RightWay as someone who is an ‘all-round good human’ to deal with. This means always having her clients’ best interests at heart, taking the time to find out what makes her clients’ tick, and being that supportive source of guidance who offers level headed advice. She knows that life isn’t all about the numbers and that understanding the people who drive those numbers, is the most important thing.

Olivia deals with a variety of clients across numerous industries, of all shapes and sizes. Olivia is a problem solver and a people-person from way back, and has a real knack for translating the numbers into a way that makes sense for you.

In a nutshell, Olivia's responsibilites are to look after her clients - in a way that is tailored specifically to you.

This can include defining what success means to you,  helping understand where the business is sitting financially, to guide informed decision making, ask the big ‘hairy’ questions, and offer a source of objectivity and accountability at the table - all in amongst ensuring your accounting and tax headaches are taken care of.  Olivia is based in Nelson and typically services clients in the Top of the South Island.

Olivia is strong community player and has been involved in anything from mentoring as part of the Big Brother Big Sister programme as well as using her financial skill-set to serve on local boards. Olivia loves exploring the many beauties of the Top of the South Island, and is quite partial to a good meal out, some live music, with a pinot noir in toe.
